Arban Store – Size Exchange Policy

At Arban Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a size exchange facility under the following terms and conditions.

1. Size Exchange Only

We offer exchange only for size-related issues. Refunds are not available for change of mind or size issues.

2. Exchange Period

Customers must request a size exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

3. Exchange Delivery Charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 will apply to each size exchange request. These charges must be paid by the customer.

4. Product Condition

For hygiene reasons, bras must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a size exchange. Used or washed products are not eligible.

5. Size Availability

All exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size. If the required size is unavailable, our support team will guide you regarding the available options.

6. How to Request an Exchange

Please contact Arban Store customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the size you wish to exchange.

7. Important Note

Please check your size carefully before placing an order. The Rs. 300 exchange delivery charge is the customer's responsibility for eligible size exchanges.
