- Order placement does not guarantee dispatch until the order has been accepted by Arban Store.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible orders. Customers are requested to provide a valid phone number and remain available for delivery confirmation.

6. Exchange Policy
- Eligible size exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
- A size exchange delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies and is payable by the customer.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.
- For hygiene reasons, used or washed intimate apparel is not eligible for exchange.

7. Refund Policy
Arban Store generally offers exchange rather than refunds for eligible size issues or changes of mind. This policy does not exclude any refund or remedy required under applicable law, including for eligible defective, incorrect, or misrepresented products.
